Do you know that the Government is currently carrying out a consultation on increasing Planning Application fees ? This includes those falling within the Garden Room (Householder) category.

It is always a good idea to have all the Planning paperwork in place before you commit to your new Garden Room, but this is another reason to submit your Application as soon as you can.
