We are experts in the Government’s legislation for detached Garden Rooms. We know, first hand, that many people have pre-conceived ideas about Planning rules, and these are often wrong.
There is confusing advice in the media, so let us simplify the whole Planning process for you right at the beginning of your journey.
For due diligence and to achieve the best overall outcome, a Personalised Planning Strategy is an essential starting point.
This will look at all the factors that are relevant from a Planning perspective right at the beginning of your journey.
Our Strategy will discuss your options and take account of all of the following:-
national restrictions such as AONBs and WHS
local restrictions including Article 4s
site-specific restrictions such as Conditions and highway layouts
dimension thresholds
proposed uses and whether or not they are considered to be incidental
constraints research including TPOs and Flood Zones
analysis of relevant Policies including Green Belt volume limits

Start Planning your own Garden Room
In order to finalise your Personalised Planning Strategy we will need to receive a completed Information Request Form within seven days of payment / the Instruction date.
This asks for some basic information about your property (including a few photos) as well as your proposed Garden Room.
CURRENT TIMEFRAMES - Reports are sent within seven working days of receiving all the requested information.
