Did you know that some Local Planning Authorities are now charging a fixed penalty for invalid submissions ? Our first prediction for 2025 is that, unfortunately, the number of Councils doing this will steadily increase throughout the year and especially in London.

Our most common request is for the preparation of a Planning Application. However, more and more people are seeing the benefit of obtaining a Lawful Development Certificate (for those projects which meet all the ‘Permitted Development’ criteria) and we also predict that this request will increase in 2025.
